So if you want to add any of the following:
Downloads
Pictues
Documents
Videos
etc
to your starting menu, go to your start menu (Windows logo) and go to:

1.- Control Panel

2.- Appearance and Personalization

3.- Task Bar and Start menu

4.-  Click on the "Start Menu" tab

5.- click on Customize

6.- Scroll down to your interested folder, and click on

7.- Click on "show as link"

8.- Click on "ok"

9.- Click on "ok " again

10 Go to the start menu (windows logo)

11.- check your folder appears on the right of the menu
